• First we understand the job description properly & if we have any doubts, we will discuss it with Technical & HR Persons of the client company.
• After proper understanding of the requirement, we start marketing of job positions of our client company on Social Media & other relevant platforms.

• We have a team of well-trained recruiters with experience of relevant domains, who are not tele-callers, but expert recruiters, we mostly avoid job portals for searching of candidates to avoid duplicate resumes & to get passive candidates.
• We use technical & cultural fit questionnaire to check candidates profile & shortlist only those candidates who are matching technically & culturally & submit these shortlisted resumes to the client.
• Once we get feedback on submitted resumes, we will schedule interview of shortlisted candidates & if resumes rejected, we ask feedback from client for reason of rejection, so we can improve our further search for submission of more relevant resumes.
